PICCOLA'S AGRICULTURE ADVISORY MEETING TO FEATURE DISCUSSION ON CHESAPEAKE BAY TRIBUTARY STRATEGY

HARRISBURG – State Senator Jeffrey Piccola (R-15) will host his Agriculture Advisory Committee meeting on Wednesday, December 12th beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Dauphin County Agriculture and Natural Resources Center located at 1451 Peters Mountain Road in Middle Paxton Township.

Following breakfast, there will be a panel discussion regarding the Chesapeake Bay Tributary (CBTS) and the Resource Enhancement and Protection Act (REAP). The panel will include representation from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau, the Pennsylvania Conservation Commission, and the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. Following the panel discussion, the floor will be open for a question and answer period.

Piccola maintains four citizen advisory committees in an effort to stay in touch with constituent concerns and share information with the citizens of Dauphin and York Counties.
